EPEG 3000 is the primary raw material (Polycarboxylate  Superplasticizer Monomer) for producing high-performance water-reducing and slump-protecting Polycarboxylate  Superplasticizer.

EPEG 3000 products have high double-bond polymerization activity, which can be polymerized at low or average temperatures and can significantly shorten the time of dropping and adding to reduce the cost of energy consumption.

Production tech of EPEG 3000

Due to the unique molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomers, the steric hindrance of the side chains of the monomers is reduced, allowing for freer movement of the side chains. This leads to an increase in the cohesive force and entanglement of the polyether side chains.

Carbon dioxide, foam, and dry powder fire extinguishers can be used as fire protection measures and should be used within their expiration date.
