This product is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-flammable, and easily soluble in water and various organic solvents. It is a stable high polymer compound. It has active functional groups and can react with active hydrogen or double bonds. It can be used for modifying silicone oil grafting and dispersing agents for polymer materials.

It is a very important monomer raw material for the production of high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizers. It has the characteristics of high reaction activity and high retention rate of double bonds.

1.HPEG 2400 has stable product quality and is suitable for synthesizing polycarboxylic acid-reducing agents with small relative molecular mass and good water-reducing effect, which is the mainstream product in the current market.

2. It has outstanding advantages such as strong adjustability in molecular structure and a high potential for high performance.

3.Chemically stable, with active groups, can react with active hydrogen or double bond, and is the largest raw material for synthesizing polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.

4.HPEG 2400 adopts a high-activity catalyst and a special synthesis process, the product has a light colour and good quality; the product has a high retention rate of double bond and higher double bond activity than the product synthesized by a common process.

5.HPEG 2400 can be reacted with unsaturated acids such as acrylic acid and cis-butyl anhydride, and the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent produced is characterized by high-cost performance, large water reduction rate, good plasticity retention and excellent durability.

  • High-cost performance. In the case of achieving the same water reduction rate, it has high-cost performance.
  • Low dosage, large water reduction rate. The water-reducing agent mother liquor with 20% solid content and 1.0% dosage (the dosage of cementitious material), the water reduction rate can reach 30-35%.
  • Good plasticity. Concrete slump loss after 1 h is small.
  • Excellent durability. It can greatly reduce the water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.
  • Green environmental protection. No formaldehyde, which is harmful to the environment, is used in the production process of water-reducing agents, and the content of chloride ions and sulfate is low.

HPEG is mainly used to produce polycarboxylate based superplasticizer, which can be widely used in the preparation of concrete and mortar.

The polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer can be used in the preparation of retarding concrete, precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, flowing concrete, self-compacting concrete, large volume concrete, high-performance concrete, and extensively applied in high-speed railways, nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower projects, subways, large bridges, highways, ports and various civil engineering projects, as well as in-site mixing and long-distance transportation of high-performance, high-strength (above C60) commercial concrete.
